Under any circumstances, charges paid towards any services are 100% Non-Refundable.
The project start day is considered from the day when the client provides the entire project details. We will not commence the project with partial or no information.
Your Project will only be valid for 1 month. It is our work policy to mail you the first draft within 5 working days. Clients will be responsible for any delay caused on their end if the delay exceeds 1 month period then the project will be shelled without any notice. If you want to reinitiate the project then, you should purchase a new plan.
Definitely, No! We avoid copy and paste content for our valuable clients.
We provide the best Design and Concepts. If a client has any Idea, Concept, Design, or Opinion, they must inform or share with us prior to initializing your work. In case a client desires to make changes post-starting the project, then they will be charged additionally at rates as discussed below.
All the revisions should be strictly conveyed through email only at once, if it has been emailed then the client can call and explain amendments.
Yes! We do Offer Custom services to clients who want design services apart from our regular plans. Just call our representative and state your requirement, we will provide a custom quote for the same.
Our affordable plans are designed as per the regular needs of every organization. If there are additional demands from the Clients, then we reserve the right to charge a price for the product/ service on a proportionate basis.
For service costing less than Rs 2449/-, then the client is under obligation to make 100% advance payment In other cases, Clients have the option to make a 50% down payment to start their project and the remaining 50% can be paid during the project, before the final handing.
Copyright ownership on the final design will be given to the Client after the completion of the project.
The Company will only be held responsible for any loss caused due to its negligence to the extent of the amount paid by the client to the Company. Any other losses in the name of ours will not be entertained/refunded.
All the necessary documents and Project Files should be Claimed within your Work duration. Blue Diamond will not be held responsible for any claims made after the closing of the Projects.
We revert all the inquiries within 36 working hours. All the queries regardings the remarks/changes will be done and completed within 2-4 working days.
Customer / Company should assign a single person to contact regarding the projects by single phone number and email address.
